We ship orders within two business days of purchase via Australia Post. Shipping times below are estimates provided by Australia Post. All costs site wide are in AUD.

Order delays and changes
In the event that you need to make changes to your order, or you do not receive your order, please contact us at sales@highspice.com.au
Refunds and returns
In the event that the product you have received is damaged or does not match it’s description, we are happy to offer replacement or a refund of your purchase. In the case you change your mind, we do offer a refund within 30 days of purchase, however, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
